KEEP THOSE LINKS TO YOUR FAVORITE TRAVEL VIDEOS COMING!

Thank you to all my new friends at the Pike Place Market for helping me introduce the vlog and putting up with my shenanigans! This goes to show that you don’t have to go far to have fun shooting video. Why not make a “travel video” about an aspect of your home town? Show us local insights or film from a bustling public space.

THIS WEEKS QUESTION: WHAT WAS YOUR LONGEST TRIP?

My longest journey (I think) was being in Suwon, Korea for 1 year.

Great vlog! Josh, I need to figure out when you make these because I live in Seattle now! I want to be one of those dorky people in the background gaping at the camera. :)

absolutely!! I am always in need of a good co-host Michelle!

What were you doing in Korea?
My longest journey was 9 months through Southeast Asia.

    I’m on a never-ending journey. :)

Love the good, fluffy-stuff shout out, though I missed the deadline to get my awesome cat in the article.

Ok, two of the guys you had talk in the beginning look like people I know, though one lives in the Bay, and one lives in Vancouver. Small possibility they could both have been in Seattle, though. WEIRD! Gonna check now…

almost 4 weeks in an RV traveling the US with my dad and 12 year old daughter! 2nd longest trip 2.5 weeks in Italy with you Josh! And more recently 2.5 weeks in Tanzania/Zanzibar with my sister.

I don’t know about co-host….I am so awkward on camera! :)

I was teaching ESL and playing in a few bands around Seoul. Awesome city.

Oh longest journey I was thinking more about how long I’ve spend in continual travel – solely for the purpose of getting from point A to point B. Mine would be 54 hours between Jockgrim, Germany and Ifrane, Morocco. I went from Frankfurt Hahn (Ryanair cheapo plane tix) to London-Standstead, had an 8 hour layover to go out and explore Cambridge, flew to Malaga, Spain, took a bus to Algeciras, took the ferry to Tangier, got on a train to get to Meknes and then finally caught a taxi (had to wait a few hours for other passengers cause I was broke) and made it back to Ifrane.

I decided cheap plane tix are not always worth it!

Hey I really liked this style of filming…plus getting locals involved as well. As far as travel goes I just did an 85 day journey through Central America (previously had a 75 trip through Asia and a 66 day one through Europe). This fall it’ll be 100 days top to bottom (tierra del fuego) in South America. Any tips?

    Keep up the good work!
